After a quite late breakfast we took a walk at the beach and up on a little hill. Even from here the view was great. There were a lot of cloudberries. Hampus was bathing in a little lake all the time. He hardly wanted to get up again.
After the walk we had a good soup for lunch.
We took the scooter and drove to the Gimsøy church, which is very nice.
Then we drove to the island Vestvågøy and then to Torvdalen. It was a little detour but we had to go there because we had to fill up the scooter's tank and there was the only petrol station on this island. Then we went to a farm and bought tea and four or five different kinds of goat cheese.
We continued to Kvalnes, which is an old, desert and quite dilapidated village. The harbour is protected by a huge quay. Outside the quay we saw an old wreck in the water.
We could see the backside of the mountain Hoven from here, so we were just on the other side of Hov but on the island Vestvågøy.
We went back to Hov via Limstrand.
Since we liked this place so much, we decided to stay some more days. The weather was still warm and sunny.
We bought some milk from Unni and had a look at the goats. They are so cute!
In the evening we had a nice barbecue - fillet of lamb, mushrooms and potatoes. It was great!
Then we went down to the beach. It was a nice evening and there was a beach party as well!
