Vesterålen and Lofoten 2006

We slept very well. After breakfast we continued on road number E4 through Hudiksvall, Sundsvall, Härnösand and along the High Coast until we finally arrived at our friends Carmen and Ingvar. We were happy to see them again! They have a beautiful home in the archipelago. There is a nice sand beach outside their house.

We enjoyed the nice weather, were bathing and had a lot of fun. The water was warm, more than 22 degrees!

Even if it was Tuesday, we had a "fredagsgrogg" (Friday's drink - a tradition in Lapland) and it was very nice. Furthermore we had some great barbecue. It doesn't become dark here during this time of the year and we did not go to bed until 2.30 hrs. since we wanted to see the sunrise.
